A+ Aging Advantage provides Geriatric Professionals to: Assess, recommend and manage in- home or facility resources, sort out appropriate housing, assist with in-home modifications, evaluate legal and financial needs, manage the medical maze to help caregivers/children of elders to receive the best and most effective care for their patients/parents, educate caregivers, find respite services and support programs to avoid caregiver burnout, and develop activities and systems that improve physical coordination and provide greater independence.
